Lyburn Stoney Cross is a semi-hard cows milk cheese made with vegetarian rennet by Lyburn Farmhouse Cheesemakers near Landford.
It is a 3 month matured cheese, with a creamy texture, sweet flavours with a distinctly earthy finish and was named in honour of the disused airfield built in the New Forest in 1942.
