Loosehanger New Forest Blue made by Loosehanger Farmhouse Cheeses near Redlynch.

New Forest Blue is based on a blue mould used in Stilton. This results in a, generally, firmer cheese with a tasty blue tang. Added to the creamy tasting Ayrshire cows milk it
makes a wonderful combination.
